摘 要：通过问卷调查、文献资料法、访谈法和数理统计法，作者对中央民族大学学生体育活动兴趣的现状进行了深入研究分析。结果表明：中央民族大学学生参加课外体育活动的目的明确，认知良好，选择体育锻炼以大众化的球类项目为主，但参加体育锻炼的频率不尽人意，学生对“终身体育”理解不深，对学校体育课的满意程度不高。同时,本文阐述了改变这种现状的应策。
