摘 要:随着高等职业院校的不断增加和在校生数量的不断扩展，加强学生思想政治教育研究的重要性和紧迫性就更加突显出来。在对学生的思想、心理及思想政治工作状况进行调研分析的基础上，提出了认识教育对象，构建五个体系的工作对策。

Abstract: With the increase of higher vocational education institutions and students number enrolled, the importance and imminence of strengthening the research on students thinking and political education is getting prominent. Based on the throughout investigation on students’ thinking, mentality and working situations, the counter measures of recognizing educating targets, building up 5 systems are issued.

加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作，对于全面实施科教兴国和人才强国战略，具有重大而深远的意义。在国务院关于“大力发展职业教育”精神的指导下，我国的高等职业技术教育迅速发展，已成为高等教育的半壁江山。随着新建高职院校的不断增加和在校生数量的不断扩展，加强高职院校学生思想政治教育的重要性和紧迫性更加突显出来。为适应发展的新要求，全面分析高职院校学生的思想、心理及管理教育的基本情况，明确亟待解决的问题并提出相关对策，是本文的主题。
